Their guy Eric came out a couple months ago.. Total professional. Took his time making sure everything looked top notch. Premium workmanship.  Best AC install I’ve seen in the past 4 houses or so I’ve been in. High quality work and premium value for a truly fair price. The other quotes I got were almost twice the price between $12-14,000 and looking at the other larger companies photos of their workmanship versus Eric pale in comparison. Eric was extremely transparent in his price quotes and offered fair pricing for the services offered. He’s did amazing work in my home, specifically in the kitchen when I had a plumbing emergency. Hi there I found Eric on line and though new, he already had good ratings. He is a very nice, knowledgeable, and talented young man. He’s been to my house now several times. He hung a 75 inch TV that someone else screwed up, put in lighted fans and lights in my Az room, moved chandeliers and outlets. He hung all kinds of things and will be back to insulate my garage and put in a flood light on the dark side of my house. He’s already worked for my son and now a friend. I had a pipe burst in my wall and had a plumber come out quoting over 4k and that was just for the plumbing, no drywall repair or vinyl replacement as my floor was soaked. I was referred to Eric from Palacios Home Services from a friend and I’m so glad I met him. He fixed the leak inside my wall, repaired my drywall like there was nothing ever there and also replaced my bathroom floors!
